What you can expect when working with us
Plans & Architects
We can work with you and your designers to ensure concept plans are within the budget you have in mind before progressing to detailed design. We can work with your own architect or if you haven’t got an architect yet, we can recommend one of our architects we have a close relationship with. If you already have plans completed, we can build off those too.
Our Pricing Process
No two jobs are the same, so all projects are priced individually in house but also with an independent quantity surveyor to ensure accurate, honest pricing. Pricing involves a full plan review, labour hours calculation, merchant’s take-off of materials and individual subcontractor quotes. All of our pricing is open book so you will be given all supporting quotes to see how your price has been put together.
Our Subcontractors
We have fine-tuned which subcontractors we work with on our projects through years of being in the trade. We have chosen the subcontractor network we have because we can ensure they are reliable, their workmanship is to a very high standard, they are knowledgeable in their field, happy to problem solve and work through issues and stand by their work. Having a strong subcontractor network is paramount in ensuring the smooth running of your project.
Other services we provide
To help you plan and budget your project from the start, we will give you one of our ‘Owners Homework’. This is a comprehensive list of decisions/choices that need to be made for your project such as: paint colours, door hardware, flooring, roof profile, tiling options, fixtures and fittings, the list goes on. Our homework sheet is designed with key dates decisions are due so this helps you plan and make decisions without being rushed but also keeps workflow on site so your project can be completed ahead of schedule.
Our foreman run schedules for each job that are regularly updated. These are kept on site so you can see what milestones we are working towards and which trades are due in when.
