Project Details
This was a very special project for us. We worked with the clients from day dot to design their dream home using a 1920’s villa from Western Springs and relocating it to Kaukapakapa. The clients were a family of seven plus live-in grandparents. The villa was split in half for a two-piece move to the new site.
Once landing on the new site, the dwelling was joined back together. We then carried out a full renovation on the existing dwelling and a large extension to create a double garage, laundry, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a family room, and grandparents’ wing with bedroom, ensuite, and lounge.
The transition from old to new was seamless. Build time–7months
