New Build Homes
We love building new homes. We have worked with a number of clients from the very early stages of their project by checking out sections, discussing possible design ideas and approximate budgets for those ideas. We have then worked with these clients and their own architect or an architect recommended by us, to design their dream home that fits within their budget.
If you have already had plans completed, we are happy to build off those plans too.
Whether it’s a new build on a lifestyle property, a villa or bungalow style or a small minor dwelling, our building work and finishing level is always to a very high standard so you can be sure you’ll be in love with the finished product. We will help guide you to make informed decisions on your project throughout the entire build process.

Renovations & Recladding
Do you love your home or the location of your home, but it is not quite suiting your needs anymore? Renovating could be for you! You can renovate to create additional living areas, change the layout of your home, modernise your home, reclad the exterior to give it a new look, upgrade joinery or create a rental dwelling underneath – the options are endless.
We are renovation experts! We have worked on numerous renovation projects of all different levels. We especially love complex renovations. We have lifted dwellings to create a basement underneath, added another storey on top of dwellings, completed full reclads, added self-contained dwellings, full layout reconfigurations, and additions.

House lifting, onsite relocations, and basement conversions
Is your house not quite big enough but you are on a tight site and building outwards isn’t an option? Lifting your dwelling or excavating underneath your dwelling to double your floor area could be a great option. We can also relocate or change the orientation your dwelling on site. Relocations
If you need your dwelling completely removed from site and transported elsewhere, we can help with this too. We can get the house prepped ready for transport, once transported to the new site, we can do the groundwork and remedial work to the dwelling ready for move in.
